We're engineers who stay
until it's fixed.

Hexdrift is a security engineering firm. We help software businesses discover, validate and reduce real security risk, and we stay until fixes are retested.

Why we exist

Too many security engagements end with a long report, generic severity scores and no clear next step. Engineers stop trusting the findings, and real risk hides in the noise.

We built a firm around the opposite: fewer findings, each one manually validated, explained in terms of what an attacker could actually do, and fixed in code your team recognizes.

“A finding isn't useful until someone can fix it. That's the whole job.”

The team

A small, senior team. The engineer on your scoping call is the one who does the work.

How we work

  • Evidence over assertion

We report what we can demonstrate, and say plainly when something is a hypothesis.

  • Context over severity

Risk is ranked by reachability, exploitability and business impact.

  • Remediation over reporting

The work ends when fixes are retested, not when a report is sent.

  • Engineering over theatre

Controls that hold up in a real codebase, not checklists that only look thorough.

Our mark

The dots in our logo are Morse code: four dots for H, a dash and two dots for D. Most people never notice. We like details that reward a closer look.
